El Jardín del Edén is a hotel located at km 10 on the Armenia – La Tebaida road, 100 meters before the Club Campestre, in the department of Quindío, Colombia. 2. Reservations
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person and are subject to availability.
A partial or full deposit may be required to confirm a reservation, depending on the current policy.
Guests will receive confirmation via email or direct message once the booking process is complete.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
In exceptional cases (serious illness, force majeure), rescheduling may be considered.
4. Property Rules
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other visitors, staff, and the natural environment.
The use of illegal substances or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
Special activities (retreats, ice immersions, guided sessions) must be booked in advance and follow the facilitator's instructions.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, logos, descriptions, names of programs and experiences) belongs to El Jardín del Edén and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.
6. Privacy
